Sjaak Deckers

Sjaak Deckers is the current Chief Executive Officer at Microsure. Sjaak has also held positions at NLC - The European Healthtech Venture Builder, GATT BV Nijmegen, and Sapiens Steering Brain Stimulation. Sjaak has been in the life sciences industry for over 20 years and has been instrumental in the development and growth of several companies. In 2011, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Sapiens Steering Brain Stimulation and oversaw the company's acquisition by Medtronic Inc in 2014. Sjaak took on the role of CEO of GTX medical in 2015 and led the company until 2019. Sjaak is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Parktheater Eindhoven.

Sjaak Deckers received their PhD in Experimental Physics from Utrecht University. Sjaak also holds a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Groningen.
