Mr. Siddiqi is a proponent of multi-faceted business model and diversification. This led him to expand his horizons and diversify into numerous business arenas.
He has more than 12 years of experience in starting and managing companies where he led the business-level strategies that significantly improved the business operations. Today he is operating multiple businesses under the banner of Simla Group of Companies such as MicroTech Industries and Simla Tracon.
He joined MicroTech Industries (MTI) in 2008 as an Executive Director with major share holdings. He played a key role in shaping the company's strategy by financing and delivering multiple successful projects in the field of Smart Energy Metering, Telecommunication, Tracking products, Fleet Management and IoT solutions. Some of the projects deployed under his guidance got international recognition such as the Load Data Improvement Project (LDI) and AMI Project for MEPCO & PESCO.
He is now the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company and successfully running the business operations. His accomplishments are due to his business insight, wisdom, assured leadership, and management style.
His business acumen has led him to expand his portfolio. Under his leadership another company Simla Tracon flourished with a versatile portfolio of products that comprises Simla Appliances (Hoods, Baking ovens, Microwave ovens, Hobs), Rigid & Coofix (Industrial/ Construction equipment and machinery). His future endeavors include Simla Foods Global - a venture in the field of Citrus Concentrate and Juices.
His vast experience in corporate governance, accounting systems, project management, supply chain and life cycle portfolio management of industrial equipment, smart solutions, IoT systems etc. have made him achieve a lot in a short period.
Mr. Siddiqi strongly believes in the social well-being of the society and is operating a not for profit organisation by the name Simla Foundation. He takes immense pride along with his family in facilitating free meals in different hospitals, non-profit organisation such as SOS Village and for Group companies labor and staff. He plans to expand the distribution of free meals to look after the population that are deprived of the basic necessities of life.
