Prashant Rawat

Prashant Rawat has a diverse and extensive work experience in the medical technology industry. Prashant currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MicroTransponder, where they oversee the development and implementation of the Paired Vagus Nerve Stimulation System, aimed at treating neurological conditions, particularly upper limb deficits in stroke patients.

Prior to their current role, Prashant worked in New Ventures, where they likely explored opportunities for innovation and growth.

Prashant also served as the COO of Mainstay Medical, a venture-backed company specializing in restorative neurostimulation for chronic low back pain. Prashant Rawat completed their B.S.E.E. in Electronics Engineering & Telecommunications from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda between 1991 and 1995. Later on, they pursued an M.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics at Case Western Reserve University from 1995 to 1997.
