Fabio Laura

Fabio Laura has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles. Fabio started their career at Comau in 1999, where they worked as a CAE Analyst and later became a Cae Team Leader and Calculation and Simulation responsible. In 2005, they joined Webasto Group as a Design and Product Engineer Manager, and then became an Engineering Manager and eventually the Director of R&D in Italy. In 2016, Fabio Laura joined Webasto Americas as the Vice President of R&D/Program Management for the region. Most recently, they have transitioned to MicroVision, where they are currently serving as the Vice President of Product Engineering.
