Joseph P. Fracchia

Joe Fracchia, CPA, CISA is currently the EVP, Chief Technology, and Innovation Officer at MAA. Prior to this role, Joe served as the Chairman of the Board at Emerge Memphis, a key partner in the region's innovation ecosystem. With a background in accounting and experience at companies such as PwC, Vaco, Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and more, Joe brings a wealth of expertise to their current position. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and a Master's degree in Accounting Systems from The University of Memphis.
