Cid Filter

Ms. Filter is the Director of Business Services for Mid-America Real Estate - Wisconsin, L.L.C. She joined the company in March of 2005, and became a partner in 2009. She is responsible for supporting the goals, mission, and vision of the company by executing the day-to-day operations of the company, including business and operational planning, compliance and licensing conformance, facilities management, IT and HelpDesk assistance, invoicing, expense reconciliation, marketing and branding, and HR functions.

Prior to Mid-America, Ms. Filter was with Kahler Slater Architects, Inc., in the role of Executive Assistant, HR and Operational Administrator, and Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO of Value Merchants, Inc., a 420-store international retail chain. Ms. Filter was also part owner and manager at a privately-held security system company and was responsible for operation of the business office. She began her career in the commercial banking industry.
