Richie Diaz

Richie Diaz is an experienced professional with a strong background in management, sales, and customer service. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Mid America Specialty Services since October 2019, Richie focuses on exceeding sales goals and overseeing operations in the Kansas City territory while emphasizing customer service and quality assurance. Previously, Richie held roles as an Account Representative, Business Advisor at Thryv, and Sales Director and League Manager for the Kansas City Legends Soccer Club, where responsibilities included client management, account acquisition, and youth soccer program development. As a Head Coach at KC Legends Soccer Club from July 2012 to June 2021, Richie nurtured young athletes' personal and athletic growth. Richie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
