Susan Esparza

Susan Esparza has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Susan has worked as the Director of Quality and Health Outcomes at Samaritan Health Services since November 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Healthcare Consultant at Health Management Associates from May 2022 to November 2023. At Troy Medicare, they served as the Vice President of Medical Management from December 2019 to January 2022. Susan also worked as the Executive Director of Performance at Steward Health Care from April 2019 to December 2019. Susan's early career included roles at UnitedHealth Group, where they served as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations from July 2013 to April 2017 and as the Clinical Team Manager from October 2008 to July 2013.

Susan Esparza, MS, APRN, FNP-C has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nurse Practitioner from Georgia State University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001.
