David Loos has extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently serving as a Senior Engineer - Renewables at MidAmerican Energy Company since June 2012, where responsibilities include renewable operations support and enhancing security measures for wind and solar generation facilities. Prior roles at MidAmerican Energy Company included Project Engineer II, overseeing the planning and construction of natural gas transmission pipeline systems, and Compliance Engineer, focusing on remediation of regulatory compliance issues. Additional experience includes operating an industrial wastewater treatment system at Grain Processing Corporation and conducting energy efficiency studies during internships at the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of Rock Island.
