Garrett Wilson

Garrett Wilson, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Garrett currently serves as the CEO and Founder of Pay Insights. Prior to this, Garrett was the Director of Human Resources at Midcontinent and held the position of Senior Leader of Human Resources. Garrett also worked as the Director of Talent & Culture at ReliaMax, where they provided strategic direction and oversight for all HR functions. Garrett began their career at Kreisers, Inc., where they established the HR department and served as the Human Resources Manager. Garrett also worked as a Human Resource Consultant/Generalist at Children's Care Hospital and School, where they recruited top talent and managed various HR programs. Garrett's expertise lies in strategic leadership, talent acquisition, and creating engaging cultures within organizations.

Garrett Wilson, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, holds a Masters of Administrative Studies degree in Human Resources from the University of South Dakota. Garrett also obtained a degree in Business Management, with a focus on Human Resources, minor in Economics and Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato. In addition, Garrett has obtained certifications such as SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from SHRM and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), respectively, in 2014.
