Fayiz Mayam Veettil

Fayiz Mayam Veettil has a strong background in data engineering and business technology solutions. Fayiz is currently working as a Senior Data Engineer at MBC GROUP since October 2021. Prior to this, they spent over a decade at Omnicom Media Group (MENA) where they held various roles, including Manager - Business Technology. During their tenure, Fayiz was responsible for managing web development and BI teams, developing automated finance packages, and analyzing complex data sets using advanced tools. Before that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at CoreBiz Technology Solutions FZ-LLC and as a Trainee Software Engineer at mPower Labs.

Fayiz Mayam Veettil completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore in 2017-2018. Fayiz also earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Communication from Bharathiar University in 2004-2006. In addition, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Systems from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education in 2011-2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University in 2001-2004. Fayiz Mayam Veettil has also received several certifications including Big Data Architect, Apache Kafka Professional, Apache Spark and Scala Developer, Talend for Data Integration and Big Data Professional, Apache Cassandra Professional, Big Data Expert, and Zend Certified Engineer - PHP 5.3. These certifications were obtained from Edureka and Zend by Rogue Wave Software between 2011 and 2020.
