Ibrahim Naser has a diverse work experience in the technical support and incident management field. Ibrahim began their career at Extensya as a Quality Lead, where they developed training programs, conducted quality reviews, and revised policies and procedures. Ibrahim then moved on to Cisco as an After-Hours Incident Manager, where they assessed incident priorities, handled high-priority incidents, and contributed to continuous improvement efforts. Ibrahim then joined Microsoft as a Queue Manager, where they managed a support engineering team, measured team performance, and ensured efficient resource allocation. Ibrahim'smost recent role was at Cisco as a Cell Team Incident Manager, where they assessed incident priorities, handled high-priority incidents, and actively participated in problem-solving activities. Currently, Ibrahim is working as a Technical Support Team Lead at MBC Group.
Ibrahim Naser pursued their education in computer science with a specialization in Information Technology. From 2013 to 2018, they attended The Hashemite University, where they completed their undergraduate degree in this field.
