Karim M Ibrahim has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Sr. Support and Escalations specialist at Sutherland Global Services for four years. Following this, they served as a Marketing Advisor at Capital Incorporation- Egypt for over a year. In 2015, they joined IDP Education Ltd as a Counselor, assisting students in pursuing higher education abroad. Later that year, they worked as an Inside Sales and Marketing professional at Microsoft, managing a network across various countries. In 2017, they became a Customer Relationship Manager at FunRock, supervising customer interactions and managing a team. Karim then joined The British School of Alexandria as a Lead Admissions officer, handling the admissions cycle and providing feedback for school improvement. In 2019, they served as the Head of Admissions and Marketing at New Cairo British International School, overseeing the admissions process and implementing marketing strategies. Concurrently, they worked as an Assistant Director at Mission Laïque Française, managing the pastoral side of a primary school and providing educational counseling. Most recently, they joined the Middle East Broadcasting Center as a Regional Vendor Manager, responsible for managing customer support and overseeing operational activities. Throughout their career, Karim has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on improving processes and customer experiences.

Karim M Ibrahim has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Alexandria University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Before that, they completed their General Certificate of Secondary Education in General Studies at École Saint Vincent from 1993 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as IELTS from IELTS USA in November 2015 and an ITI Undergraduate Diploma from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) in September 2010.
