Ammad Siddiqui is an experienced professional with a diverse background in auditing and internal controls. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Audit Associate at Deloitte, where they evaluated clients, assessed project risks, and reviewed controls and compliance. In 2013, they joined The Hub Power Company Limited as an Internal Auditor. Ammad then moved on to Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO) in 2016, where they have held various roles. These include Group Internal Auditor, where they conducted performance, financial, and compliance audits, and provided consulting services to management. Ammad was later promoted to Senior Group Internal Auditor, responsible for conducting risk assessments, creating audit plans, and performing internal audits. Currently, Ammad is the Acting Group Chief Audit Executive at MEPCO.
Ammad Siddiqui, ACA, MBA has a diverse education history in the field of accounting and finance. Ammad first pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Auditing from Karachi University, completing their studies between 2008 and 2010. Following this, they went on to obtain their Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, specializing in Audit, a qualification they achieved between 2008 and 2017. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology, Islamabad, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012.
