Previously, Karan held senior positions at Imperial London Hotels, Interstate Hotels & Resorts International, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London - Marble Arch, BEST WESTERN PREMIER, and Jurys Inn Hotel Group. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and profitability, Karan has successfully led refurbishment and relaunch campaigns, managed large-scale catering operations, and cultivated high-performing teams to enhance customer experiences. Karan holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality from the American Hotels & Motels Association.
