Anna Valencia

Anna Valencia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and design management within the real estate and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Middleburg Communities since April 2022, Anna focuses on developing and implementing design and construction standards to support project teams. Prior to this role, Anna held various positions at AvalonBay Communities, where responsibilities included the management of corporate design standards and the development of a user-friendly Standards platform. Previous internships at organizations such as Cushman & Wakefield and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency provided valuable experience in sustainability initiatives and research.
