Caitlin Goss

Caitlin Goss is the VP of Human Resources and CPO at Middlebury College. Caitlin has held previous positions as the Director of People & Culture at Rhino Foods, Inc., an MBA Intern at Facebook, and a Team Leader for Employee Engagement and Global Human Capital at Bain & Company. Caitlin has also worked as a Research Coordinator at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government's Ash Center for Democratic Governance & Innovation.

Caitlin Goss completed their undergraduate studies at Dickinson College, where they earned a BA in Political Science & East Asian Studies. Caitlin then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business. During their time at the University of Vermont, they also studied Mandarin Chinese at Peking University.
