Jim Kramer

Jim Kramer has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jim began their career in the US Army, serving as a Corporal from 1993 to 1997, followed by joining the Army National Guard as a Staff Sergeant from 1997 to 2004. In 1998, Jim became the General Manager at Nass Parts and Service, Inc., where they worked until 2009. Jim then joined 3Wire Group as the Director of Operations from 2009 to 2014. In 2015, Jim was appointed the General Manager of Middleby Advantage before moving on to become the VP of Aftermarket Support at The Middleby Corporation in 2016.
