Beth Williams is a seasoned administrative professional with extensive experience supporting high-level executives across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Administrator at MiddleGround Capital since February 2022, Beth facilitates the day-to-day operations of the Lexington office. Prior roles include Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities encompassed providing executive support to the Head of Corporate & Investment Banking Operations, coordinating events for senior leadership, and managing a team of administrative support staff. With a career beginning in healthcare administration at Central Baptist Hospital and the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Beth possesses a strong foundation in administrative coordination, event planning, and staff management, complemented by a B.A. in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University.
