Caitlin Bailey

Caitlin is the family office assistant controller in their wealth management and tax planning department at their Kentucky office. Try saying that five times fast! She attended Morehead State and received a master’s at UL. Before coming to MiddleGround, Caitlin did SEC reporting for Tempur Sealy so it’s safe to say that she’s also a nap expert.

Caitlin surprised us all during the MGC whiffle ball tournament when she showed her true colors and proved that she’s a whiffle ball slugger! She is quite the athlete and grew up doing both gymnastics and volleyball. She also enjoys playing tennis and is aiming to join a winter league in Kentucky! Like most in their office, she is a proud dog parent to her golden retriever Sophie. She is a self-proclaimed ‘crazy dog mom’ and has claimed that she’s best friends with Shannon’s dogs, but they are sure she will make some human friends soon!
