Carlos L Morales

Carlos L Morales has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and organizations. Carlos L began their career in 1988 as an E-5 Chemical Operations Specialist in the US Army, where they provided support and technical expertise in handling hazardous materials. In 2002, they served as an elected Councilman in the Borough of Jamesburg, overseeing public safety and public works departments. From 2004 to 2020, Carlos served in the Air National Guard as an E-6 Emergency Management/CBRN NCOIC, where they facilitated emergency response capabilities and provided intelligence analysis to senior military officials. Carlos L also worked for Middlesex County Government as a Bureau Chief, responsible for overseeing emergency measures related to hazardous materials spills and natural disasters. Additionally, Carlos held various leadership positions in the International Association of Fire Fighters Local, including Past President.

Carlos L Morales has completed an Associate's Degree in Applied Science with a focus on Fire Science from Middlesex College, which was earned by the end of 2022. Carlos L attended Elizabeth High School from 1983 to 1987 and pursued General Studies during that time.
