Kayleigh Saunders

Kayleigh Saunders is a seasoned professional in sports management, currently serving as the Director of Middlesex in the Community since January 2024. With a longstanding tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of Middlesex FA since June 2012, Kayleigh is responsible for the development and governance of football within Middlesex, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Football Services, where responsibility included managing regulatory functions and safeguarding standards, and Football Development Officer, focusing on providing football opportunities for underrepresented communities. Kayleigh began a career in sports as a Community Sports Coach at Child UK from July 2011 to May 2012 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Development from Leeds Beckett University.
