Nicole Fisher has an extensive background in education, starting with student teaching in second grade at Cincinnati Public Schools in 1997. Nicole then worked as a Third Grade Teacher at Middletown City Schools from 1998 to 2002. Nicole later taught Fifth and Sixth Grade at Fairfield City Schools from 2002 to 2006. Nicole also served as a Virtual Teacher at AGORA CYBER CHARTER SCHOOLS in 2008, and as Director of Education at MID-ATLANTIC YOUTH SERVICES in 2009. Nicole took on roles at Dayton Leadership Academies, Princeton City Schools, and The Children's Home of Cincinnati before becoming the Highview 6th Grade Center Lead Teacher and eventually the Highview 6th Grade Center School Principal at Middletown City Schools beginning in 2015. Throughout their career, Nicole has emphasized student engagement, curriculum development, and staff supervision.
Nicole Fisher holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Political Science from the University of Cincinnati, obtained between 1992-1998. Nicole then pursued a Masters degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University between 2003-2005. Later on, they completed a Master of Science in Educational Administration at the University of Scranton in 2009-2010. Additionally, Nicole has obtained several certifications including ISTE Certified Educator, Level 4 Clever Champion, Newsela Teacher Trainer, and Google Educator Level 1.
