Caitlyn Sullivan Mba

Caitlyn Sullivan, MBA, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Caitlyn currently holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Middough Inc. since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Associate II at ALDI USA from May 2019 to February 2022. Caitlyn also served as a Human Resources Generalist at EN Engineering from September 2018 to May 2019, and as a Human Resources Assistant at RTC from May 2017 to September 2018. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at the American Red Cross from December 2016 to May 2017, and as a Winter HR Administrative Intern at Johnson Service Group, Inc. during December 2016 to January 2017. Caitlyn's previous roles also include serving as a Volunteer HR Intern at Heartland Head Start from August 2016 to December 2016, and as an Intern-Corporate Resources at The Horton Group from May 2016 to August 2016. Lastly, they began their career as a Swim Instructor at Oswegoland Park District, where they were recognized as the Most Valuable Player for two consecutive years, teaching swim lessons for children and adults and assisting in water safety from May 2010 to August 2014.

Caitlyn has also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Illinois State University. Prior to their university education, Caitlyn received their High School Diploma from Oswego East High School. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in December 2018.
