Rafael Osorio

Rafael Osorio is a seasoned professional in the petroleum engineering and quality control sectors, currently serving as a Quality Control Analyst at The Midfield Group since February 2021, where responsibilities include inspecting meat products for defects and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as a Petrophysics and Well Testing Consultant for a consulting company, reinterpreting data for energy acquisitions in Peru. With extensive experience at Pluspetrol, including a tenure as a Senior Reservoir Engineer managing oil block operations in challenging conditions, Rafael has also contributed to significant projects at Weatherford as a Geoscientist and Reservoir Engineer, and earlier as a Reservoir Engineer at Pluspetrol. Rafael's academic credentials include a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Aberdeen and the National University of Engineering, respectively.
