Ruan Scheepers

Ruan Scheepers is a qualified Fitter & Turner with extensive experience in machinery repair, maintenance, and fabrication. Currently employed at The Midfield Group since January 2023, Ruan focuses on the maintenance of machinery and equipment, including implementing preventative maintenance programs and performing precision machining tasks. Prior experience includes significant roles at Palabora Mining Company/Rio Tinto, where Ruan maintained various complex systems, and at Cranetech, specializing in operating both conventional and CNC machines. Ruan also possesses skills in line boring and has successfully managed projects requiring tight tolerances and safety protocols. Educational qualifications include completion of a Fitter & Turner program at Sol-tech.
