Nancy Hill

Nancy Hill is the current Executive Director of Quality Management at Midland Memorial Hospital. Nancy has previous experience as a Chief Operating Officer at HCA North Hills Hospital and as a Chief Nursing Officer at HCA. Nancy has also worked as a Clinical Services Coordinator/Critical Care RN at Heart Hospital of Austin and as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Austin Heart Cardiology.

Nancy Hill obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Nancy is certified as a Patient Experience Professional from the Patient Experience Institute and as a Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) from AONL. Nancy is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) from the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Nancy Hill reports to Russell Meyers, President & Chief Executive Officer. Nancy Hill works with Tim Simecek - Director, Perioperative Services, Troy Ward - Director, Cardiopulmonary and Neurology, and Dana Taylor - Director, Emergency Services.
