Kevin Scannell

Kevin Scannell is an experienced journalist with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arizona, obtained in 2009. Since January 2018, Kevin has served as the Special Publications Editor at the Midland Reporter-Telegram, overseeing the creation and editing of over 15 magazines and special sections annually. Previous roles include Shipping and Receiving Clerk at United Casing Inc., Sports Reporter at the Appeal-Democrat focusing on local sports coverage, and Reporter positions at the Sun Advocate and Border Beat, where Kevin reported on local government and community issues. Additionally, an internship at the Arizona Daily Star provided Kevin with valuable experience in community journalism.
