Jeffrey S. Mefford

Jeffrey Mefford currently serves as the President and Executive Vice President of Community Banking at Midland States Bank since August 2003, overseeing all commercial, retail, mortgage, leasing, and marketing sales for a $6 billion institution with 75 offices and over 500 employees. Prior experience includes serving as President of Farmers State Bank of Camp Point from 2000 to 2003, where strategic planning and execution led to high performance in a $45 million community bank. Jeffrey also held the position of Vice President at Marine Bank, managing mortgage loan production and sales strategies, and was Vice President and Small Business Banking Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., overseeing business development. Jeffrey holds an MBA from William Woods University and a BBA from Illinois College.
