Erin Aucoin

Erin Aucoin has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Teacher at the English Language School Board. From there, they worked as a Teacher at Académie d'Aix Marseille in 2014. In 2016, they joined J.D. Irving, Limited as an HR Business Partner in the Sawmill & Woodlands Division. Erin then took on the role of HR Business Partner - Student Recruitment Lead and later became the Change Lead - HR Optimization in Corporate HR. In 2020, Erin joined Midland Transport as the Recruitment Manager and currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources. Prior to their career in HR, Erin served as a Coxswain in the Canadian Coast Guard/Garde côtière canadienne from 2007 to 2015.

Erin Aucoin has a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Human Resources Management from NBCC (New Brunswick Community College). Erin also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Education degree from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Erin has obtained various certifications, including Leading with Executive Presence and The Agile Leader from Skillsoft, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from J.D. Irving, Limited, Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci, Ivey Leadership Foundations from the Ivey Business School at Western University, and a Certified Human Resources Professional - Candidate designation from HRANB-ARHNB. Erin is also in possession of a New Brunswick Teacher's Certificate from the New Brunswick Board of Education and a Prince Edward Island Teacher's Certificate from the Prince Edward Island Board of Education.
