Janet Davis Ccim

Janet Davis, CCIM, currently serves as the Manager at Equity 1031 Exchange since August 2023, previously holding the position of 1031 Exchange Regional Manager at Midland Trust Company from March 2023 to January 2024, and as a Senior Associate at Midland Self Directed IRA's and 1031 from September 2017 to March 2023. In these roles, Janet was responsible for assisting clients with 1031 exchanges nationwide. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Brokerage and Facilities at Kova Partners, LLC, where oversight of brokerage processes and asset management of a retail/office portfolio was provided. As Vice President and Principal at DTZ, Janet managed services for the Cricket Communications account, overseeing a team of 12. Janet also held non-profit leadership roles as Executive Director of The ALS Association - Alabama Chapter and Co-Director of Rainbow Village. At Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Janet was the Vice President responsible for lease administration for Siemens across 800 locations. Janet holds a BS in Psychology from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
