Shelle Blaylock has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction at Midlothian Independent School District since July 2019. Previously, Shelle held the position of Assistant Superintendent of Leadership and Academics at Waxahachie Independent School District from March 2014 to June 2019 and served as the Coordinator of Curriculum and Instruction at the same district from July 2009 to May 2013. Shelle is also the Administrator of The MILE (Midlothian Innovative Learning Experience). Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and a Superintendent’s Certification from Lamar University.
