Agata MacKay

Agata Mackay has extensive experience in compliance and banking, currently serving as a Senior Compliance Associate at Gem Compliance Consulting Ltd and Midmar Capital LLP since December 2018. Prior roles include positions at both companies as Compliance Associate and Junior Associate. Prior to entering the compliance field, Agata worked as a Private Banking Manager and Customer Service Representative at the Royal Bank of Scotland from January 2016 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes roles at Blackjack Promotions and The Grain Store Restaurant. Agata holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Language Interpretation and Translation for Spanish and French from Heriot-Watt University, with additional studies as an Erasmus student at the University of Valencia and Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar. Educational background also includes an International Baccalaureate and high school education at Harper High School.
