Deborah Hylton

Deborah Hylton has extensive experience in various roles, starting as a Partner and Co-founder at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP. Deborah then founded and led Hylton Consulting Services LLC as President, focusing on strategic engagements in healthcare, life sciences, and technology. Deborah also served as President & CEO at Thrive 4-7, overseeing the restructuring of a digital health company. Deborah established Hylton ADR Services, LLC as a Conflict Engagement Specialist, Arbitrator, and Mediator. Deborah held director roles at Wells Enterprises, Inc., Midmark Corporation, and FirmLogic, LLC, along with board memberships at NC Services for Dentistry and SouthLight Healthcare. Deborah Hylton earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from Baylor University in 1979. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Duke University School of Law, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, which they completed in 1983.
