Kathy Baughman

Kathy Baughman has extensive experience in Quality and Regulatory roles in the medical device industry. Kathy held positions such as Director of Quality & Regulatory at Midmark Corporation from November 2017 to present, Director Of Quality at Ambu (King Systems) from September 2014 to September 2017, and Director of QA/RA at Interplex Medical from November 2008 to September 2014. Prior to these roles, Kathy was Director of Quality at Reliance Medical Product, Inc from February 2001 to October 2008, where they were responsible for a wide variety of quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and international standards. Kathy started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Reliance Medical Product, Inc in January 1995.
