Hans Fan has held multiple positions in the finance and marketing industries since 1993. Hans began their career at Merica Institute as Director of Student Affairs and a GRE/GMAT instructor. In 1998, they took an internship as a Special Assistant to the Vice President at METROPOLITAN Bank & Trust. In 2000, they joined Encore Marketing as a Marketing Analyst, where they developed marketing strategies, conducted cluster analysis, and provided ad-hoc pro forma presentation materials. Hans was later promoted to Director of Business Analysis and then Senior Vice President & Executive Committee Member. In 2016, Hans Fan moved to SynerG Marketing as Senior Vice President of Business Analytics. Most recently, in 2018, they joined MidMetrics as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Data Officer, where they simplify chargeback management by integrating chargeback prevention, dispute resolution and analytics into a single platform.
Hans Fan earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Management Information Systems from Purdue University Krannert School of Management between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Fu Jen Catholic University between 1991 and 1995.
