Erica Ruff

Erica Ruff has extensive work experience in learning and development roles. Erica is currently the Director of Learning and Development at MidPen Housing Corporation, where they previously served as the Learning and Development Programs Manager. Prior to that, Erica worked at Armanino LLP as the Learning Experience Manager and the Senior Professional Education Specialist. Erica also had significant experience at Kaiser Permanente, where they held various positions including Learning Consultant Lead and Learning Consultant. Erica's earlier career includes roles as Principal Learning Consultant at the University of California, Corporate Trainer at Integres Global Logistics, and Strategic Learning Trainer at APL Limited. Erica also worked as a Nightly News Anchor and Director at TV-3 and as a Video Instructor at Camp Matoaka. Erica started their career in media and marketing communications at APL Limited.

Erica Ruff has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree from Pepperdine University. Erica studied Telecommunications (Broadcast Journalism) and Political Science during their time at the university. Additionally, Erica also completed a Minor in Sociology. In 2017, they obtained a certification as a True Colors Certified Facilitator from True Colors International.
