Jason

Jason Ma has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason currently holds the position of Director of Information Technology at MidPen Housing Corporation, starting in 2023. Before that, in 2022, they took a sabbatical.

Prior to their current role, Jason worked at Visa for many years, starting in 1998. Jason held various roles during their tenure, including Senior Director of Corporate IT Finance Systems, Director of Global Quality Assurance, Director of ERP Solutions & Systems Support, Release Management, and Testing, Manager of Financial Systems Strategy, Sr. Financial Systems Analyst, and Contract Services Group Analyst.

Throughout their time at Visa, Jason demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams, and overseeing various aspects of IT operations, including solutions development, integrations, quality assurance, and release management. Jason is certified in Oracle 11i E-Business Essentials and has expertise in managing Oracle systems.

Jason Ma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an Accounting Emphasis from UC Santa Barbara. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance and completed the Learn with Workday program offered by Workday.
