Leann Downing

LeAnn Downing is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance management, particularly in the affordable housing sector. Currently serving as Compliance Manager at MidPen Housing Corporation since September 2017, LeAnn oversees regulatory compliance for over 7,200 affordable housing units in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior roles include Compliance Manager at EAH Housing and multiple positions at MidPen Housing Corporation, ranging from Compliance & Systems Analyst to Compliance and Systems Supervisor. Earlier experience includes serving as a Training & Compliance Specialist at CAHI/CGI Federal, where LeAnn conducted audits and managed compliance for HUD projects, and as the Owner of Wild Birds Unlimited, where business operations and marketing were key responsibilities.
