Jared Broughear has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jared began their career as an Independent Contractor at VBS Inc. Material Handling Equipment in 2012, where they handled basic facilities management and construction tasks. In 2013, they joined Avnet Embedded as a Business Development Representative, contributing to the company's role as a major distributor of electronic parts and computing products.
In 2014, Jared worked as a Server at Applebee's before joining University Park IHOP and Coffee Bar in 2015 as an Assistant Manager. At IHOP, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and focused on motivating and coaching employees to provide an excellent guest experience.
In 2017, Jared became a General Manager at Arby's, overseeing all aspects of the business. Jared successfully maintained sales, growth, and profitability, achieving impressive results in the franchise's P&L numbers.
From 2018 to 2022, Jared worked as a Technician at Direct Line Global before transitioning to their current role. In January 2022, they joined MidPoint Technology Group as a Project Manager for their Data Center Services Division. Jared acts as a key account manager, leading project teams and supporting data center accounts. Jared is involved in project take-offs, sales estimates, pre-construction planning, and site surveys. Jared Broughear's education history includes attending the United States Coast Guard Academy from 2009 to 2012, where they studied Business Administration and Management but did not complete a degree. In 2012, they attended Laurel Ridge Community College and obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management. Jared then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations at West Virginia University from 2013 to 2015.
