Elad Seroussi

Elad Seroussi has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Elad started their career in 2005 as a Financial Consultant at Oved Gubi & Co., where they provided financial consulting services to banks, insurance companies, and businesses. In 2011, they joined Midroog as a Senior Analyst in the corporate department, where they gained extensive experience in rating public and private firms in various industries.

In 2015, Elad joined Citi as a Risk Analyst, responsible for credit origination and the preparation of credit application packages for new and existing customers. Elad also monitored customers' financials and business status. After two years, they became self-employed and worked as a Financial Consultant at Orion Underwriting And Issuances LTD, providing consulting services in risk management, financial strategy, and debt rating for various firms.

Elad returned to Midroog in 2018, where they held several leadership positions. Elad started as a Team Leader in the Project, Infrastructure & Structured Finance segment, managing a group of analysts and working with complex models and financial structures. In 2021, they became a Senior Team Leader in the same segment, responsible for updating rating methodologies, conducting industry reviews, and monitoring the department's portfolio. Currently, Elad is the VP and Head of Structured, Project & Infrastructure Finance at Midroog, overseeing a team of analysts and managing a diverse portfolio of credit ratings in various methodologies.

Elad Seroussi completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2002 and 2004. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in LAW at Bar-Ilan University.
