Mark Dubyak

Mark Dubyak is Midstate Mechanical’s CFO. He joined Midstate Mechanical, LLC in September of 2021. Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Central Michigan University. He has over 25 years of accounting and leadership experience in multiple industry’s such as retail, manufacturing and distribution. He is responsible for Accounting and Finance, Human Resource and Safety functions.

Mark is directly involved with all financial activities of the company including managing company relationships with banks, insurance brokers and CPA firms. His development of financial reporting and performance metrics are designed to measure growth and spending. He is instrumental in steering the company forward with long-term strategies.
