Josh Hendon

Josh Hendon is an experienced professional in real estate development and investment management. Currently serving as the Investment and Development Manager at Midway since November 2021, Josh previously held the role of Project Manager - Development at Toll Brother Apartment Living from July 2019 to November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Real Estate Development Manager at Western Securities USA from May 2012 to July 2019, and working as an Appraiser at Loewe Adler International from August 2006 to November 2008, where responsibilities included due diligence and industrial property appraisals. Josh also worked as a Construction Manager at David Weekley Homes from August 2004 to August 2006. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of North Texas and studies at West Texas A&M University.
