Kevin Freels

Kevin Freels has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Kevin has worked at Midway as the VP of Investment Management, Acquisitions, and Equity Relations since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Investment + Development at Midway starting from November 2020. Before joining Midway, Kevin worked at JLL as the Director of JLL Capital Markets from July 2019 to November 2020. Kevin also gained valuable experience at HFF, where they held the positions of Director - Investment Advisory from January 2017 to November 2020 and Analyst - Debt & Equity Placement from June 2015 to January 2017. Kevin's career began with an internship at Colvill Office Properties from May 2014 to May 2015, followed by a Capital Markets Internship at Jones Lang LaSalle from May 2013 to August 2013. Kevin'searly experiences include a Development Internship at Midway from 2009 to 2012.

Kevin Freels completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance at Mays Business School - Texas A&M University from 2010 to 2014. Kevin then pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Real Estate at Texas A&M University from 2014 to 2015, with a focus on Finance.
