Tim Troxell has an extensive work history in the engineering and design field. Tim started their career at Robinair as a Manufacturing Technician, where they worked on assembly and test procedures for refrigeration equipment. Tim then moved on to Angola Coach and American Coach, where they designed and developed interiors and components for converting transit buses into family motor coaches. At Indiana Custom Truck, they served as a Design Engineer, creating production drawings for interior components of semi-sleepers.
In 2009, they joined Thermatru as a Marketing Aid Technician, manufacturing sales tools and display samples for their door market. Tim later worked at Winnebago of Indiana as a Design Engineer, responsible for product development and design of fifth wheel and travel trailer series. Tim then moved to Winnebago Industries, where they became an Engineering Manager, leading new product development projects and improving product design processes.
Troxell then transitioned to Renegade RV, taking on the role of Engineering Manager. During their time there, they managed the engineering department and contributed to new product creation. Most recently, they joined REV Recreation Group as an Operational Excellence Manager, overseeing operational improvements and efficiency initiatives within the company. In 2023, they will be joining Midwest Automotive Designs as a Project Engineer.
Tim Troxell's education history includes attending IPFW in 1993, where they pursued Extended Education and studied Basic Electricity. Before that, from 1976 to 1989, they attended Camden Frontier, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period. In addition to their education, Tim Troxell has obtained various certifications, including Black Belt Certification (BB) and Green Belt Certification (GB) from OpusWorks in November 2022 and August 2022, respectively. Tim also obtained an AutoCAD Inventor certification from Autodesk in February 2014.
