Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith is an experienced professional in management and volunteer services, currently serving as ASC Manager at Midwest Eye Care, P.C. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon worked at UnityPoint Health as Manager of Volunteer Services, overseeing a significant volunteer program that comprised 145 volunteers contributing over 15,000 hours annually. Previous experience includes various roles at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, including Coordinator of Patient Services Administration and multiple leadership positions in Volunteer Services, where Shannon significantly improved volunteer coordination and coverage. Additional experience includes teaching at Cristo Rey Brooklyn High School, directing retreats at Creighton University, managing residence life at Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart, and serving as Youth Director at Mary Our Queen.
