Rich Lathrum

Richard Lathrum is an experienced sales and operations professional with a strong background in business development and customer retention. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at Midwest Foundation Repair since December 2020, Richard previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Oasis from March 2020 to December 2020. Prior to that, Richard spent over a decade at Nationwide Insurance, where responsibilities included leading a direct distribution retention team as Direct Sales Supervisor and educating customers as a Senior Direct Retention Agent. Richard holds a degree from Iowa State University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
