Mike O'Donnell

Mike O'Donnell is the EVP, Agency Manager at Midwest Heritage, A Hy-Vee Company. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mike started their career as a Claims Analyst at American Republic Insurance Company in 1998. In 2000, they became the Sales Operations and Development Director at American Enterprise Group, Inc. where they were responsible for leading the support of a multi-channel sales distribution with annual sales exceeding $100MM. Mike implemented strategic sales tools, including proprietary product design, quoting software and the launch of Salesforce.com for 1000 users. Mike has been with Midwest Heritage since 2012 and has been instrumental in growing the company's agency force.

Mike O'Donnell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Political Science from Simpson College.

Mike O'Donnell reports to Tony Kaska, Chairman, CEO, President.
