Shane Saylor

Shane Saylor is currently a Plant Manager Trainee at Midwest Manufacturing, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Shane worked as a Sales Associate at Menards from February 2020 to November 2023. Shane also gained experience as a Landscaper at Botanica for a short period in 2018, where a strong work ethic and the ability to work long hours outdoors were developed.
