Bob Audet has over 20 years of work experience in the field of emergency medical services (EMS). Bob currently works at Midwest Medical Transport Company as an Education Coordinator, responsible for coordinating educational programs for the company. Prior to this role, they served as a Field Training Officer at the same company.
Before joining Midwest Medical Transport Company, Bob worked as an Instructor at Lakeland Community College, where they provided instruction in EMS courses. Bob also worked as the Manager of Ops Education Quality Assurance at Community Care Ambulance, ensuring the quality of education and training for ambulance operations.
Bob's experience also includes working at Lake Health as part of the EMS Program team, where they were involved in the program's operations from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they served as the EMT Program Director and Advisor to the USF Emergency Medical Response Program at the University of San Francisco.
Bob has also held positions of Campus Director for EMS Programs at WestMed College and as a Paramedic at American Medical Response/Sonoma Life Support. Bob served as the Professional Education Manager at the San Francisco Paramedic Association and as an Operations Supervisor at Nature Coast EMS.
Bob's early experience includes serving as the Director of EMS for the City of Hudson. Throughout their career, Bob has shown a strong commitment to education and training in the EMS field, with various leadership and instructional roles.
Bob Audet completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Syracuse University from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued an MBA degree from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. During this time, they also enrolled in the Paramedic Program at State University of New York Upstate Medical University from 1995 to 1996 to gain additional qualifications. In 1998, Bob obtained the Paramedic certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. Furthermore, in 2019, they acquired the Paramedic certification from the Ohio Department of Public Safety.
